Charn Hansra, CPA, CA, is one of the founding partners of Huron Real Estate Group. He studied at Wilfrid Laurier University and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration. Charn also worked at a small public accounting firm located in uptown Toronto. There, he helped small- to medium-sized businesses meet their tax and accounting needs through effective tax planning for the owner-managers. Charn focuses his attention on ensuring that he supports his clients throughout the market cycle. Charn’s core principle is based on delivering value to clients by improving cash flow and planning for future financial needs. Charn is committed to excellence and has demonstrated this through his unwillingness to settle for second best.
An entrepreneur at heart, Charn has owned and operated several successful small businesses.
Charn lives in Mississauga, Ontario and enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter. He has an interest in classic cars, real estate investing and travelling.
Sunny Sanghera, one of the founding partners of Huron Real Estate Group. Sunny joined Deloitte in the Assurance and Advisory group upon completion of his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. During his tenure at Deloitte, Sunny attained his Chartered Accountant designation while serving private and public clients in the real estate, resources and energy sectors. Sunny then went to public practice, joining a small Toronto accounting firm, where he was responsible for providing professional services, like assurance, tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financing and management consulting. With this experience behind him, he is equipped to assist individuals and investors when it comes to managing and improving financial, operational and strategic objectives. Most importantly, these experiences have taught him how financial and non-financial decisions impact various stakeholders. As a result, Sunny delivers highly informative and valuable analyses to meet the needs of all vested parties.
Sunny continues to be a valued contributor to the Junior Achievement of Central Ontario company program. As a company advisor, he mentors high school students through the process of launching and operating a business.
In his spare time, Sunny enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing golf, religiously following football, doing home renovation projects and investing in capital markets and real estate.
